This General Terms and Conditions page documents the terms of Ittermann electronic GmbH.
This page contains the complete General Terms and Conditions of Ittermann electronic GmbH. The Terms and Conditions govern contract formation, payment terms, delivery, and warranty for online purchases.
Only these General Terms and Conditions in the version currently in force at the time of the order issued by Ittermann electronic GmbH shall apply. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as the contractual basis.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the iWell Guard shop, operated by Ittermann electronic GmbH, Köhlergasse 16, 18, 99842 Ruhla, Deutschland (hereinafter “Provider”). They apply in the version valid at the time of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The binding order is placed by the customer after entering address and contact details, selecting the payment method, confirming the GTC and the cancellation policy, and clicking “Buy now”.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the customer’s order within three working days by email to the address provided by the customer. The contractual partner is Ittermann electronic GmbH, represented by managing director Ralf Ittermann.
Delivery is made exclusively to the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For delivery outside these countries, there is an Amazon waiting list once international shipping becomes available.
All products offered are immediately available (delivery time: three working days after receipt of payment), unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
The prices stated in the online shop are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately and are communicated during the ordering process before the contract is concluded.
The purchase price is to be paid before delivery of the goods (advance payment), unless the Provider expressly offers purchase on account.
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the cancellation policy. This is made available to the customer before the contract is concluded and can also be accessed via the separate page Cancellation Policy.
In addition, we grant purchasers of an iWell Guard a 30-day right of return without giving reasons, provided the product is undamaged. Goods already paid for will be refunded in full after inspection, without deductions. Details on the page About the iWell Guard.
The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. In the case of defective goods, the customer may, within the limitation period, demand rectification or replacement delivery.
The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health caused by a negligent breach of duty, as well as for other damages caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
In all other respects, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the type of contract. Liability for the effectiveness of the products offered in the sense of promises of cure or success is expressly excluded; see Legal Notice.
Personal data is processed by the Provider solely for the purpose of contract performance, shipping, and legally required purposes. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence is not thereby withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
