iWell Guard is a project of Ittermann electronic GmbH, based in Ruhla, Thuringia. We maintain both the content website with its articles on mythology, methodology and protective practice, and the sale of the iWell Guard protection pendant through the separate online shop at ittermann.de.

Registered in the commercial register at the Jena Local Court. You will find the tax and commercial register number in the imprint. The postal address is the official business address for legally binding correspondence, withdrawal pursuant to the cancellation policy and all other formal communications.
For content-related inquiries, editorial notes or correction requests regarding the website content, the electronic channels are considerably faster. Postal mail reaches us reliably, but in that case we will also respond by email or phone, as we do not run our own return-mail logistics.

Phone: You will find the business hours and phone number in the imprint. We are reachable by phone mainly for order questions and for content-related preliminary clarifications where written correspondence would be disproportionate.
Contact form: Directly on this page. Advantage: you leave your question in a structured form (concern, contact preference, callback time), allowing us to respond in a prepared manner. Disadvantage: no direct dialogue as with email or phone.
