Di giorno un uomo comune, spesso interpretato come stregone, di notte vaga come figura senza testa che porta una bara con tre candele accese e trascina dietro di s\u00e9 una pesante catena di ferro.<\/p>\n<p>Il nome \u00e8 una creolizzazione del francese loup-garou, lupo mannaro, in Lagahoo o Ligahoo.
