Njegova posebnost jest promjena oblika.<\/p><p>U jednoj poznatoj predaji iz hadisa Muhamed pripovijeda da mu se ghul ukazao u obli\u010dju lijepe \u017eene; izgovaranje \u0161ehadeta (islamske ispovijesti vjere) natjeralo ga je da nestane. Ghuli namamljuju putnike na stranputicu, jedu le\u0161eve, a prema razvijenijoj pu\u010dkoj predaji i \u017eive ljude.<\/p><p>Kroz Tisu\u0107u i jednu no\u0107 ovaj lik ulazi u europsku svijest. Engleski \u201eghoul&#8221; u horor knji\u017eevnosti i filmu izravno potje\u010de od arapskog <em>gh\u016bl<\/em>, no pritom gubi specifi\u010dno pustinjske i grobljanske aspekte. Islam je preuzeo postoje\u0107e pu\u010dke likove, ali ih je podredio svojoj <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Predod\u017eba o ustroju i poretku svijeta unutar neke kulture.\" tabindex=\"0\">kozmologiji<\/span>. <em>Gh\u016bl<\/em> je izgubio status samostalnog pustinjskog bi\u0107a i postao jedna vrsta unutar hijerarhije d\u017eina.<\/p><p>Pu\u010dka je predaja usporedno o\u010duvala stariju, konkretniju predod\u017ebu, tako da <em>gh\u016bl<\/em> do danas postoji u dva registra: kao teolo\u0161ki uklopljen d\u017ein i kao opipljiv stra\u0161ni lik iz pri\u010da.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cpb10abd9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cpb10abd9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cp3318b10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cp3318b10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Etimologija i pojmovno polje propasti<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cp84f0b60 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cp84f0b60\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cpe8d9817 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cpe8d9817\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Jezi\u010dno <em>gh\u016bl<\/em> potje\u010de od korijena \u010dije se osnovno zna\u010denje odnosi na hvatanje, grabljenje i naglu propast. Srodni glagol ozna\u010dava iznenadno zgrabljenje, otimanje, neo\u010dekivanu nesre\u0107u koja poga\u0111a \u010dovjeka.<\/p><p><em>Gh\u016bl<\/em> je stoga u izvornom zna\u010denju &#8220;otima\u010d&#8221;, bi\u0107e koje iznenada zgrabi putnika. Ta etimologija u potpunosti odgovara njegovoj ulozi vreba\u010da na samotnim mjestima.<\/p><p>Iz istog korijena izveden je i pojam <em>gh\u012bla<\/em>, koji ozna\u010dava izdajni\u010dko, podmuklo ubojstvo. Jezi\u010dna blizina izme\u0111u <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Duhovno bi\u0107e kojem se pripisuje \u0161tetno ili dvojako djelovanje.\" tabindex=\"0\">demona<\/span> i pojma podmuklog napada nije slu\u010dajna: <em>gh\u016bl<\/em> upravo utjelovljuje tu vrstu prijetnje koja ne dolazi iz otvorene borbe, ve\u0107 iz zasjede.<\/p><p>Zanimljiva je povijest rije\u010di izvan arapskog jezika. Preko recepcije orijentalne pripovjedne knji\u017eevnosti, posebno zbirke <em>Tisu\u0107u i jedna no\u0107<\/em>, rije\u010d je u osamnaestom i devetnaestom stolje\u0107u prodrla u europske jezike. Osobito je va\u017ena <em>si&#8217;l\u0101<\/em> (mno\u017eina <em>si&#8217;\u0101l\u012b<\/em>), \u017eenski demon koji se u nekim izvorima smatra \u017eenom ili podvrstom <em>gh\u016bla<\/em>.<\/p><p><em>si&#8217;l\u0101<\/em> pojavljuje se u pri\u010dama u kojima se pretvara u lijepu \u017eenu, udaje se za mu\u0161karca, ra\u0111a mu djecu i \u017eivi s njim sve dok se ne otkrije njezina prava priroda, nakon \u010dega nestaje ili postaje opasna.<\/p><p>Taj <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Element sadr\u017eaja koji se ponavlja u umjetnosti ili pripovijedanju.\" tabindex=\"0\">motiv<\/span> natprirodne supruge \u010dije podrijetlo ostaje skriveno na\u0161iroko je posvjedo\u010den u arapskoj pripovjednoj knji\u017eevnosti i povezuje kompleks <em>gh\u016bl<\/em> s me\u0111unarodnim tipom bajke. Neka genealo\u0161ka predanja arapskih plemena \u010dak su pojedine pretke izvodila iz veze sa <em>si&#8217;l\u0101<\/em>, \u0161to pokazuje da ta predod\u017eba nije bila samo stra\u0161na pri\u010da, nego i sastavni dio pripovijesti o podrijetlu.<\/p><p>\u017denska ina\u010dica ima druga\u010dije te\u017ei\u0161te od mu\u0161kog pustinjskog <em>gh\u016bla<\/em>. Dok ovaj prijeti sirovim nasiljem i pro\u017ediranjem, <em>si&#8217;l\u0101<\/em> djeluje prijevarom, zavo\u0111enjem i prodorom u ku\u0107nu i obiteljsku sferu. Opasnost se seli s usamljenog puta u vlastiti dom.<\/p><p>Religiologijski se u tome ogleda rodno podijeljena raspodjela strahova: strah od vanjske grabe\u017eljive zvijeri s jedne strane, strah od neprozirne strankinje unutar obitelji s druge.
