Za razliku od mnogih bezimenih bi\u0107a bolesti ili vjetra, ona se u klinopisnim tekstovima javlja kao zasebna pojava s vlastitom pretpovijesti, jasno odre\u0111enim podru\u010djem djelovanja i karakteristi\u010dnom likovnom simbolikom. Funkcionalno se, ipak, smatra demonicom: ne \u0161tuje se, nego se odbija.<\/p><p>Ta dvostruka pripadnost, k\u0107i nebeskog boga i istovremeno opasno bi\u0107e, va\u017eno je obilje\u017eje. Ona nagla\u0161ava da u Mezopotamiji \u201edemonski&#8221; ne zna\u010di automatski \u201eprotiv bogova&#8221;.
