Les Biloko sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les esprits des morts de la for\u00eat tropicale et comme les gardiens de la for\u00eat vivante, de son gibier et de ses fruits rares, nourrissant une rancune envers les vivants.<\/p>\n<p>Qui marche seul dans la for\u00eat est leur proie : ils font sonner une cloche pour attirer et ensorceler les humains ; qui r\u00e9pond est perdu.
