Il est un \u00e9quivalent du Bathala des Tagalog et veille comme principe ordonnateur sur son peuple.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le r\u00e9cit r\u00e9pandu, il conserve le feu sacr\u00e9 dans le volcan Mayon ; lorsque le volcan entre en \u00e9ruption, cela est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un signe de sa col\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;un vol de feu.
