En tant que dieu de l&rsquo;air, il apporte les vents porteurs de pluie qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent la pluie.<\/p>\n<p>Il \u00e9tait v\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans des temples du vent ronds caract\u00e9ristiques, des constructions cylindriques \u00e0 toit conique, sur lesquelles le vent ne trouve aucune ar\u00eate. Ses temples sont ronds et cylindriques avec un toit conique, parfois avec une entr\u00e9e en forme de gueule de serpent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tant que dieu de l&rsquo;air et des vents porteurs de pluie, Ehecatl est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les points cardinaux, en particulier \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest. Il descendit dans le monde souterrain Mictlan pour y chercher les ossements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 actuelle, mit en mouvement le soleil et la lune, et apporta l&rsquo;agave et le pulque gr\u00e2ce au mythe de Mayahuel.
