primaire, est un gigantesque esprit des montagnes et des mines des mineurs : un g\u00e9ant en bure noire de moine, aux yeux ardents et portant une lampe de mine. Il r\u00e9compense les mineurs pieux et pauvres et punit l&rsquo;avidit\u00e9, le mensonge et surtout les jurons et les sifflements sous terre.<\/p>\n<p>Il est attest\u00e9 dans le Harz, dans l&rsquo;Erzgebirge, en Saxe et dans les Grisons, de Georgius Agricola en 1549 \u00e0 Praetorius, jusqu&rsquo;aux recueils des fr\u00e8res Grimm et de Bechstein.
