En la llamada serie Sakikk\u00fb y en conjuros relevantes contra enfermedades infantiles, la <em>lil\u012btu<\/em> aparece como un ser que amenaza a los lactantes y a las pu\u00e9rperas.<\/p><p>Estrechamente emparentada es la figura de <em>ardat lil\u00ee<\/em>, la \u00abdoncella de Lil\u00fb\u00bb, una demon\u00edaca concebida como alguien que muri\u00f3 sin casarse y sin tener hijos, y que por ello envidia a los vivos por lo que a ella le fue negado.<\/p><p>Walter Farber ha editado y comentado los conjuros para la protecci\u00f3n de madre e hijo, entre ellos la serie <em>Lama\u0161tu<\/em>; en ese entorno se mueve tambi\u00e9n la <em>lil\u012btu<\/em>.<\/p><p>Metodol\u00f3gicamente es importante se\u00f1alar que estos textos no ofrecen una <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"El conjunto de los relatos m\u00edticos sobre los dioses transmitidos por una cultura.\" tabindex=\"0\">mitolog\u00eda<\/span> narrativa. Los cuencos, de los que se han publicado varios cientos y que fueron estudiados, entre otros, por Joseph Naveh y Shaul Shaked, y m\u00e1s tarde por Dan Levene y Christa M\u00fcller-Kessler, mencionan a Lilith como amenaza para el matrimonio, el embarazo y los lactantes.<\/p><p>Aqu\u00ed es ya un poder al que se puede dirigir el conjuro, que puede ser desterrado por su nombre, y que frecuentemente se concibe en plural como toda una familia de Lilin.<\/p><p>La etapa medieval la marca el pseudoep\u00edgrafo <em>Alfabeto de Ben Sira<\/em>, que introduce a Lilith como la primera esposa de Ad\u00e1n, la cual se niega a someterse. Los seres <em>lil\u00fb<\/em> ser\u00edan entonces originalmente demonios del viento y la tormenta, poderes incorp\u00f3reos que viajan por el aire.<\/p><p>Esta etimolog\u00eda encaja con varios rasgos de la <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"La transmisi\u00f3n de conocimientos y relatos a trav\u00e9s de las generaciones.\" tabindex=\"0\">tradici\u00f3n<\/span>. No tiene pechos que den leche, no conoce marido, nunca fue desflorada.<\/p><p>De esta carencia surge su peligrosidad: busca de noche a hombres j\u00f3venes para recuperar con ellos lo que le falt\u00f3 en vida, y al mismo tiempo amenaza a las embarazadas y pu\u00e9rperas, cuya vida plena ella misma no tuvo.
