Jeho d\u0159evo a bobule vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i spalov\u00e1n\u00ed ostr\u00fd, prysky\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd kou\u0159 s charakteristickou v\u016fn\u00ed terpent\u00fdnu a prysky\u0159ice.<\/p><p>V lidov\u00e9 tradici je tato v\u016fn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na za \u0161kodlivou jak pro duchy, tak pro choroboplodn\u00e9 z\u00e1rodky. Jalovec byl ve star\u0161\u00edm n\u011bmeck\u00e9m lidov\u00e9m jazyce naz\u00fdv\u00e1n \u201eKrammetstrauch\u201c; jeho ochrann\u00e1 s\u00edla mu byla p\u0159isuzov\u00e1na nejen jako ku\u0159idlu, ale i jako rostlin\u011b na prahu a p\u0159\u00edsad\u011b do amulet\u016f.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s1h elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s1h\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">P\u016fvod a tradice<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iw-wacholder-s1-bw e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"iw-wacholder-s1-bw\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s1t elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s1t\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kou\u0159ov\u00e9 noci, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 tak\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ct noc\u00ed, Rauhn\u00e4chte nebo dvan\u00e1ctidenn\u00ed, ozna\u010duj\u00ed obdob\u00ed od 24. prosince do 6. ledna.<\/p><p>Podle star\u00e9ho lidov\u00e9ho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed byly v tomto \u010dase hranice mezi sv\u011btem \u017eiv\u00fdch a sv\u011btem mrtv\u00fdch obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b prostupn\u00e9; bloud\u00edc\u00ed duchov\u00e9, divok\u00e9 hordy a \u0161kodliv\u00e9 mocnosti m\u011bly b\u00fdt hlukem, ohn\u011bm a kou\u0159em z vyku\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed zah\u00e1n\u011bny nebo vyh\u00e1n\u011bny z domu.<\/p>\n<p>Vyku\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed jalovcem pat\u0159ilo v mnoha regionech n\u011bmecky mluv\u00edc\u00edch zem\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v Rakousku, Bavorsku, \u0160v\u00fdcarsku a Tyrolsku, k pevn\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bchto noc\u00ed. Vyku\u0159ovaly se p\u0159itom nejen obytn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, ale i chl\u00e9vy, stodoly a sp\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p><p>V\u016f\u010di dobytku byla tato praxe obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1: zv\u00ed\u0159ata byla pova\u017eov\u00e1na za n\u00e1chyln\u00e1 k u\u0159knut\u00ed a \u0161kodliv\u00fdm mocnostem; jalovec je chr\u00e1nil p\u0159ed jejich p\u016fsoben\u00edm i p\u0159ed nemocemi.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed tradovanou prax\u00ed bylo vyku\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed na ja\u0159e, aby se d\u016fm po zim\u011b o\u010distil, a d\u00e1le vyku\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech: p\u0159i nast\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do nov\u00e9ho domu, p\u0159i narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte nebo p\u0159i v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9m onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edru\u010dn\u00ed slovn\u00edk n\u011bmeck\u00e9 pov\u011bre\u010dnosti (Handw\u00f6rterbuch des deutschen Aberglaubens) uv\u00e1d\u00ed pro jalovec bohatou pramennou z\u00e1kladnu ze v\u0161ech n\u011bmecky mluv\u00edc\u00edch oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e1 dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 jeho dvoj\u00ed roli jako ochrann\u00e9 rostliny (u domu) a vyku\u0159ovac\u00edho prost\u0159edku (v dom\u011b).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s2h elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s2h\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Princip p\u016fsoben\u00ed podle tradice<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iw-wacholder-s2-bw e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"iw-wacholder-s2-bw\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-iwgs-wacholder-s2t elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"iwgs-wacholder-s2t\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Siln\u00fd, ostr\u00fd kou\u0159 jalovce byl v lidov\u00e9 tradici pova\u017eov\u00e1n za zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 \u201emocn\u00fd\u201c a nesnesiteln\u00fd pro v\u0161e \u0161kodliv\u00e9. Princip je principem sn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti: co je pro \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 nebo alespo\u0148 snesiteln\u00e9, tomu se zlo vyh\u00fdb\u00e1.<\/p><p>Jalovcov\u00fd kou\u0159 byl popisov\u00e1n jako nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pro duchy a zl\u00e9 s\u00edly, zat\u00edmco pro \u010dlov\u011bka platil za \u010dist\u00edc\u00ed a dokonce l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho je jalovci v <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"P\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed a vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed mezi generacemi.\" tabindex=\"0\">tradici<\/span> p\u0159isuzov\u00e1na schopnost v\u00e1zat: \u0161kodliv\u00e9 vlivy nejsou jen vyh\u00e1n\u011bny, ale kou\u0159em v\u00e1z\u00e1ny a s n\u00edm odv\u00e1d\u011bny. Proto bylo v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech obvykl\u00e9 po vykou\u0159en\u00ed otev\u0159\u00edt v\u0161echna okna, aby kou\u0159 a to, co s sebou sv\u00e1zal, mohlo d\u016fm opustit.<\/p>\n<p>Jalovec je v lidov\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159e tak\u00e9 pova\u017eov\u00e1n za rostlinu hranic: roste p\u0159ednostn\u011b na okraj\u00edch les\u016f a na v\u0159esovi\u0161t\u00edch, tedy v p\u0159echodov\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch. V Laponsku a mezi saamsk\u00fdmi n\u00e1rody pat\u0159il jalovec k nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ochrann\u00fdm bylin\u00e1m l\u00e9\u010ditel\u016f (noaid\u016f).<\/p>\n<p>Ve slovansk\u00e9 lidov\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159e se jalovec (srbsky: kleka, rusky: mo\u017e\u017eevelnik) pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 podobn\u011b: chr\u00e1n\u00ed domy a st\u00e1je p\u0159ed zl\u00fdmi duchy a \u010darod\u011bjnictv\u00edm a zav\u011b\u0161uje se na vstupn\u00ed dve\u0159e nebo se p\u011bstuje v bl\u00edzkosti prah\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V keltsk\u00e9 oblasti je jalovec tak\u00e9 dolo\u017een jako ochrann\u00e1 rostlina, zejm\u00e9na v Irsku a Skotsku, kde chr\u00e1nil p\u0159ed u\u0159knut\u00edm a p\u0159ed v\u00edlami.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u00ed\u0159e <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"P\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed a vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed mezi generacemi.\" tabindex=\"0\">tradice<\/span> ukazuje, \u017ee jalovec jako ochrann\u00e1 rostlina je zakotven v souvisl\u00e9m eurasijsk\u00e9m kulturn\u00edm prostoru, i kdy\u017e s odli\u0161n\u00fdmi formami ritu\u00e1l\u016f.
