Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z lini\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1ny v ur\u010dit\u00e9m vztahu k sob\u011b navz\u00e1jem. Jak\u00fd v\u00fdznam m\u011bla tato uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, ze samotn\u00e9ho n\u00e1lezu nevypl\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/p><p>N\u00e1lez tak zprvu dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 pouze jedno, \u017ee se takov\u00fd vzor vyskytoval ve slovansk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. O jeho v\u00fdznamu, jm\u00e9nu a pou\u017eit\u00ed samotn\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt nic nevypov\u00edd\u00e1.<\/p><p>Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee vzor nesl n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdznam, mo\u017en\u00e1 i ochrann\u00fd. Badatel\u00e9 a vyklada\u010di si abstraktn\u00ed vzor prohl\u00e9dli a p\u0159isoudili mu smysl. Tak vznikl v\u00fdklad jako ruka nebo jako bo\u017esk\u00e9 znamen\u00ed.<\/p><p>Druh\u00fdm krokem bylo pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed. Vylo\u017een\u00e9mu vzoru bylo d\u00e1no jm\u00e9no Hand Gottes, R\u0119ka Boga. Toto jm\u00e9no vyjad\u0159uje v\u00fdklad, nen\u00ed dolo\u017eeno ze star\u00e9ho pramene.<\/p><p>T\u0159et\u00edm krokem bylo pevn\u00e9 utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Z vzoru bylo vytvo\u0159eno jasn\u011b nakreslen\u00e9, pravideln\u00e9 znamen\u00ed, jak se dnes objevuje na \u0161perk\u00e1ch a v zobrazen\u00edch.<\/p><p>Tyto kroky jsou modern\u00ed kroky. N\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed devaten\u00e1ct\u00e9mu a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm dvac\u00e1t\u00e9mu a jedenadvac\u00e1t\u00e9mu stolet\u00ed, nikoli star\u00e9 slovansk\u00e9 dob\u011b.<\/p><p>Hand Gottes ve sv\u00e9 dne\u0161n\u00ed podob\u011b je tedy rekonstrukc\u00ed.
