P\u0159edk\u0159es\u0165an\u0161t\u00ed Slovan\u00e9 neznali p\u00edsmo; co v\u00edme o jejich boz\u00edch, poch\u00e1z\u00ed z byzantsk\u00fdch a arabsk\u00fdch cestopis\u016f, z k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdch k\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed proti modloslu\u017eb\u011b a z etnografick\u00fdch sb\u011br\u016f 18. a 19. stolet\u00ed.<\/p><p>Bohy Peruna, Velese a Moko\u0161 lze rekonstruovat jen v hrub\u00fdch rysech.<\/p>\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u00e9 bohatstv\u00ed le\u017e\u00ed v lidov\u00e9m n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed: dom\u00e1c\u00ed duchy (Domovoj, Domovik), krajinn\u00ed duchov\u00e9 (Le\u0161ij v lese, Vodjanoj ve vod\u011b), d\u00e9moni nemoc\u00ed (Kikimora, Mara) a bytosti mrtv\u00fdch a p\u0159edk\u016f.<\/p><p>Tato vrstva p\u0159e\u017eila christianizaci a splynula s uct\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm svat\u00fdch: svat\u00fd Eli\u00e1\u0161 zaujal m\u00edsto Peruna, Bohorodi\u010dka p\u0159evzala funkce Moko\u0161.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Akademick\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> (Gieysztor, Ma\u0144czak, Jakobson) metodicky vyu\u017e\u00edvalo zejm\u00e9na srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s baltskou a indoevropskou <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Souhrn tradovan\u00fdch vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o boz\u00edch ur\u010dit\u00e9 kultury.\" tabindex=\"0\">mytologi\u00ed<\/span>. P\u016fvodn\u00ed <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Souhrn boh\u016f ur\u010dit\u00e9ho n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed nebo kultury.\" tabindex=\"0\">panteon<\/span> zahrnoval bo\u017estva jako Peruna (hrom, v\u00e1lka), Velese (podsv\u011bt\u00ed, blahobyt), Moko\u0161 (zem\u011b, plodnost) a Stribog (v\u00edtr).<\/p><p>Christianizace od 9. do 12. stolet\u00ed byla intenzivn\u00ed a tradici potla\u010dila; v <span class=\"iwg-fachbegriff\" data-tooltip=\"Tradovan\u00e1 lidov\u00e1 kultura se zvyky, vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00edmi a p\u00edsn\u011bmi.\" tabindex=\"0\">folkloru<\/span> v\u0161ak p\u0159e\u017eila v podob\u011b dom\u00e1c\u00edch duch\u016f, lesn\u00edch d\u00e9mon\u016f a vodn\u00edch bytost\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m byl m\u00e9n\u011b p\u00edsemn\u011b zdokumentov\u00e1n ne\u017e z\u00e1padoevropsk\u00e1 n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, a prameny vznikl\u00e9 po christianizaci jsou ideologicky zkreslen\u00e9.<\/p><p>Region\u00e1ln\u00ed rozmanitost byla velk\u00e1 (V\u00fdchodn\u00ed, Z\u00e1padn\u00ed a Ji\u017en\u00ed Slovan\u00e9), a modern\u00ed rekonstrukce z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed spekulativn\u00ed.
