El dret de desistiment legal \u00e9s de 14 dies a partir de la recepci\u00f3 de la mercaderia. La declaraci\u00f3 de desistiment es pot fer sense cap forma espec\u00edfica i el desistiment no requereix cap justificaci\u00f3. Pot utilitzar el formulari de desistiment model que es troba a continuaci\u00f3, encara que no \u00e9s obligatori.<\/p><p>Per complir el termini de desistiment, n&#8217;hi ha prou que envi\u00ef la comunicaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;exercici del dret de desistiment abans que finalitzi el termini de desistiment.<\/p><h2>Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies del desistiment<\/h2><p>Si desisteix d&#8217;aquest contracte, li reemborsarem tots els pagaments que hem rebut de vost\u00e8, incloses les despeses d&#8217;enviament (excepte els costos addicionals derivats del fet que hagi triat un tipus d&#8217;enviament diferent de l&#8217;enviament est\u00e0ndard m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic que oferim), sense demora indeguda i, en tot cas, com a m\u00e0xim en un termini de catorze dies a partir del dia en qu\u00e8 rebem la comunicaci\u00f3 de la seva decisi\u00f3 de desistir d&#8217;aquest contracte.<\/p><p>Per a aquest reemborsament, utilitzarem el mateix mitj\u00e0 de pagament que va emprar per a la transacci\u00f3 inicial, a menys que s&#8217;hagi acordat expressament una altra cosa amb vost\u00e8; en cap cas se li cobraran comissions com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquest reemborsament.<\/p><p>Podem retenir el reemborsament fins que h\u00e0gim rebut la mercaderia de tornada o fins que vost\u00e8 hagi presentat una prova d&#8217;haver-la retornat, el que passi primer.<\/p><p>Ha de retornar-nos o lliurar-nos la mercaderia sense demora indeguda i, en qualsevol cas, com a m\u00e0xim en un termini de catorze dies a partir del dia en qu\u00e8 ens comuniqui el seu desistiment d&#8217;aquest contracte. Es considerar\u00e0 complert el termini si envia la mercaderia abans que finalitzin els catorze dies.<\/p><p>Vost\u00e8 assumir\u00e0 el cost directe de la devoluci\u00f3 de la mercaderia.<\/p><p>Nom\u00e9s ser\u00e0 responsable de la disminuci\u00f3 de valor de la mercaderia resultant d&#8217;una manipulaci\u00f3 diferent de la necess\u00e0ria per establir la naturalesa, les caracter\u00edstiques i el funcionament de la mercaderia.<\/p><h2>Dret de devoluci\u00f3 ampliat<\/h2><p>A m\u00e9s del dret de desistiment legal, li concedim un dret de devoluci\u00f3 voluntari d&#8217;un total de 30 dies a partir de la recepci\u00f3 de la mercaderia.<\/p><p>Amb aquest dret de devoluci\u00f3 voluntari, pot rescindir el contracte fins i tot despr\u00e9s que hagi finalitzat el termini de desistiment de catorze dies, retornant-nos la mercaderia dins dels 30 dies posteriors a la recepci\u00f3. El requisit \u00e9s l&#8217;enviament oport\u00fa.
